Why did i get banned?

Hi i wanted to know why did i get ban if all i did was sell a car in the auction house and someone bought it and got i banned i did everything the game permits and did not break any rules.I also did not disobey code of conduct.

Maybe you should check your email, there might be an explanation in that email as to why you were banned.

To find out the reasons for bans, you need to post in the Bans & Suspensions Forums, found here:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

That is the only forum monitored by the Enforcement Team, they are the only ones who will be able to let you know the reason.

Instead of directing him guys, lets answer it since the answer is in his post.

It was likely issued a Forced Name Change. This would be due to having "***" in the name and that is against the Code of Conduct. If you were banned, then it was likely due to having too many Forced Name Changed issued on your account.

You cannot just guess that. Directing him to the Enforcement Team is the best course of action as they will be able to let him know definitively what the reason is, rather than us speculating wildly as to the reason.

Also there would've been an email sent to the Microsoft Account that is attached to your gamertag with all of the information on why your account was suspended. It is the same information you will receive in the Xbox Suspension forum.

That still doesn't mean that is why they were banned. Only the enforcement team knows for sure.

yeah I agree with Smwutches and maxen, the guy may have done something like being in modded lobby instead of the gamertag being well you know having an gamertag like that, although I don't think that is really a cus word because I mean it is a donkey also

If it's just a ban from Forza then you need to take it up with Turn 10 as they do enforcement for that title. If it's a ban from XBL then you'll need to post here -
