    Why did i get banned?


    I went on my Xbox one today and I was trying to send my friend a message and it said something like "you can't send messages because of your past behaviour" and I had a message from Microsoft so I went on it and it basically said that I got banned
    and I am not sure why I got banned and I was really frustrated because I don't think I did nothing wrong so I called Microsoft and they said go on forums.xbox.com and I was wondering if you guys could try and fix my problem I would really appreciate it also
    I'm on school holidays and I want to have some fun but I can't because I'm banned if you guys could please fix it. Thank you.

    Hi i wanted to know why did i get ban if all i did was sell a car in the auction house and someone bought it and got i banned i did everything the game permits and did not break any rules.I also did not disobey code of conduct.

    If it's just a ban from Forza then you need to take it up with Turn 10 as they do enforcement for that title. If it's a ban from XBL then you'll need to post here -

    The only people to talk to concerning suspension matters are the Enforcement team themselves, via a case review (if eligible).

    Also there would've been an email sent to the Microsoft Account that is attached to your gamertag with all of the information on why your account was suspended. It is the same information you will receive in the Xbox Suspension forum.
