Why did i get a suspension???

So as the above says.... wth xbox???

I posted a group post that simply advertised that i had a full vendor at cranberry bog in the fallout 76 group, 2 minutes later i get a 2 day suspension....... why????

Ive been on xbox well over a decade and i am even a part of the ambassador program but i get suspended for a group post? Really???

I need this sorting, no way am i dealing with a 2 day suspension for nothing, thats ridiculous. Straight up if this is the kind of thing thats going to happen i will just drop xbox and get a playstation.

Everyone on the forums have no way to find out why an account has been suspended or banned. All you can do is appeal it if you can on the enforcement site. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

Idc about the 2 days to be honest.

I just want the ability to appeal to something so stupid, it shouldnt be something that is locked for some and open for others.

I think we can both agree that this suspension is completely ridiculous.

If xbox really thinks this is a huge violation that results in a suspension then i advise any moderator who reads this to open up the group page on fallout 76 or literally any game that allows trading and go to town on everyone there.

I am sure the studios in carge of those games would definitely appreciate xbox getting rid of their paying customers over something so pathetic.

Yeah, they won't compensate you for a suspension. That is per the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up.

There should be a reason why it was done, they provide that in every enforcement situation, take a look at it and you are more than able to file an appeal on the enforcement website, and the folks are very understanding if there was some sort of accident.
