Why denied Gamertag change

You must have gotten lucky because I've never heard of them refunding gamertag changes. They could have also denied this one since it's been less than a year since your other refund.

They don't refund gamertag changes. The only way to change it back is to change it again (and asking for funds is not allowed on the forums).

The short of it is:

I tried changing my GT, and it WAS allowed, and also in the profile. A few hours later, it is NOT allowed anymore, as a GT or in a profile. The GT is not inappropriate or offensive

Why? Is the filter broken? Was it updated in those few hours?
