    Are there only specific type of Bank/Debt Cards that can be used?

    thats why it wont take it has to be a debit/ or credit card.

    Day Six and my credit card is still there to be stolen.

    Why can you people not take a credit card off an account under a UA investigation when the credit card was NOT part of the unauthorized use?

    I can't remove both of my credit cards tho. If they have pre paid cards with codes on them why do I need to have a credit card on here. This is dumb.

    Thanks for your prompt reply. It was on the 18th December I made the purchase. I have checked and the money has not been credited to my daughters roblux account. I usually get an email from Microsoft to say it has been taken. I didnt receive anything. I only checked my bank as my daughter said she hadnt got the credit. I have been in touch with Roblux who have been no help. I will try calling my bank tomorrow to see if I can get more information from them. Thanks
