    Why cant you get xbox live with microsoft points?


    is it me or is everyone experiencing the same thing? All i want is to buy a 3 month membership for my account, and i can't! I am super pissed about this microsoft, why can't i buy a 3 month membership with my $50 microsoft card!

    For whatever reason, Microsoft wants to be able to use a payment method that can be set to auto renew and charged regularly for a subscription (such as a credit/debit card or PayPal). If you want to purchase a subscription without entering payment information,
    you can purchase subscription cards just like you did for the currency card. Sorry for the trouble. Hopefully, if enough people ask for it over at
    Web Server's Default Page they'll change this policy.
