    Why can't you customize the Xbox One Elite controller in the design lab?


    I've notice you can about any color combo controller anyone would ever want but why is this not available for the Elite controller. If I'm paying that amount of money for a controller I would gladly pay a little more to make it my own. I'm waiting to purchase
    one until I'm able to create one in the design lab. Please make this happen.

    BRING XBOX ELITE CONTROLLER TO DESIGN LAB

    I’ve had an Xbox elite controller for the past two years but wanted to be able to customize it. So, for Christmas this year I got a scuf controller that I designed myself. Compared to the elite controller, the scuf just sucked. I love the concept of the
    design lab and all the current options to customize an elite controller are so overpriced. I would love to see the Xbox elite controller be brought to the design lab! Why can't you customize the Xbox One Elite controller in the design lab? :)

    Currently there's no word on if Elite controllers will ever be a part of design lab. I would think that they might be focused on getting the design lab available to more regions. But you can always add your feedback over at feedback.xbox.com.

    I wouldn't mind customizing a Xbox Elite controller. Hopefully they add the Elite's to the design lab.

    Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that

    As you're having an issue with a design lab controller, you may wish to go ahead and
    request a call back from Xbox Support to see if they can get you sorted out in regards to a repair or replacement, or what they would recommend in this situation. Just be aware
    that it may take a bit more time for servicing as Design Lab controllers are custom fabricated for each individual.

    Series 2 Elite Controller Issue. Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.

    I have both of the elite controllers. I never ran into that issue. I did have that issue with a couple of my design lab custom controllers.
