Why can't you contact the Enforcement team?

there is no way to contact these people that have the power to change your gamertag, ban your account or suspend your account. My gamertag was changed because my name was Skankhunt42420. They say the word **** is a derogatory word and thus is in conflict
with the terms and conditions. I want to know the facts that back this up! The definition of **** is

In the dictionary so how is that derogatory?

I'm big into EDM(electronic dance music) and we use the word **** or skanka for dance references as well.

Also how was I suppose to know that word wasn't allowed? It let me create the new gamertag. On the terms an conditions they use umbrella words that can cover everything, literally everything could be considered derogatory.

Communication ban ended a couple of days ago but I still can't send messages or hear my friends. When I go to check my enforcement history it says that I have no active bans against me therefore I can't contact support through the case review feature. I've
already power cycled and signed in and out etc. no solutions. What do I do?

 

That word also has another meaning which would violate the CoC/ToU.

It's blanked out here on the forums in your post which should tell you something.
