WHY can't XBOX issue official explanations for their random threats to users?

1. XBOX SENDS A VAGUE THREAT WARNING MESSAGE ON ITS SCREEN ABOUT suspension, and an inability to access multiplayer version of game

2. you don't know if you did something or if they did something (like leaving the backdoor open for a virus) or if you got hacked or what -- it's unclear and you would expect Xbox to have some sort of answer on the website address they tell you to go to
at the end of this warning that pops up on the screen;

3. XBOX FORUMS actually leads to a bunch of people ****, at length and somewhat randomly, about XBOX banning them for something and giving them no recourse to address the issue, so they rant about various specifics that still don't answer your question;

4. XBOX threat tells you to check your email so you do and there the email tells you that you tried to rip them off but in reality it's because you forgot your password and tried to log in 'too many times' so they're calling you suspicious (I guess);

5. My husband is the gamer (I used to be but now, my daily microsoft experience is one where I can be sent on an endless loop of authentication, password recovery and threats to me about myself when I try to sign into office 365 which I paid for -- it's
the most frustrating password recovery system in the universe, you are on an endless loop of trying to reset your password, having it accepted and then being told by microsoft that your new and old password are wrong, in fact all your passwords are wrong,
here's this authentication app that doesn't work either).

6. So while I am not surprised that there is a vague warning threat on the screen that makes no sense (it's in English but a bunch of words that don't actually connect to each other with meaning you can detect, as a human) and that the email says you defrauded
microsoft in some way (how can a person just trying to play fall out four "DEFRAUD" a tech behemoth anyway? There's nothing in the news about how microsoft lost a bunch of money to some guy playing Witcher 4 in Pasadena); while I am not surprised that MICROSOFT
sucks at its warnings, threats and explanations, while I know they seem incapable of giving a user any recourse to rectify the situation (YOU'RE SUSPENDED! Here's a long email about how there's nothing you can do about it) --

7. WHILE I am not surprised that every time there is some massive worldwide hack that leaves everyone vulnerable and whole industries, agencies and banking subsystems disintegrate, it's usually microsoft who, ooops, left some backdoor open for the trojan
or the malware of the day to create chaos;

8. WHY CAN'T THE XBOX FORUM HAVE THE TOP ANSWER BE RELATED TO THE ERROR THEY SEND OUT THAT SOUNDS LIKE THE FBI IS COMING BECAUSE YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, NO MULTIPLAYER FOR YOU!

9. XBOX - please consider having a human write something once in a while. Your human users write in and it's a plethora of **** about specifics I personally don't care about because I get it, you are banned from multiplaying because you're paranoid but I
still have no idea what this error message means, if I've been hacked or have done something that puts me on a list to be sent somewhere bad or what action ignited this consequence that sounds scary (banned, defrauded, suspended - those sound bad) -- but not
once is there anything that explains what that action was (YOU ATTEMPTED TO DEFRAUD US BY... forgetting your password?; YOUR MULTIPLAYER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED because we just allowed the biggest hack in history to steal your identity? THIS WARNING IS
HERE TO SCARE YOU INTO SUBMISSION BUT YOU WILL BE GIVEN NO WAY TO RECTIFY IT OR ANYTHING ELSE XBOX DECIDES TO THREATEN YOU ABOUT).

10. I heard today that while apple was genius at PR but short on actual substance in some areas, microsoft truly sucked at PR. Well, I am here to add that all XBOX needs to do is say code # ---- : name the error code, tell you what it means, tell you what
you did, tell you how not to do it again, and give you recourse for correcting.

Then I remember trying to log in to my microsoft one day and it was just groundhog day so I gave up entirely and still can't access certain parts of my office 365 account. Don't send me an email there because I can't see them, ever.

XBOX please fix your forums. Please hire a few humans. Who are over 24.

Why don't my achievements show up on Facebook (on web) plus it tells me when on web Facebook my xbox live app it tells me there is an error ?

That still isn't an explanation as to why the official xbox app for facebook website doesn't work. I checked it's settings and it's still accessing my data, but isn't showing it up anywhere through the app.

Will Xbox please supply an official explanation, fix this broken app or provide a new means of sharing achievements etc. on Facebook website?

 

Error 0x80a40010 when logging in Xbox Live

Hello,

I would like to get some official explanation why do I get such an error on logging in second day in a row?

I already tried all suggestested standart reboots and resets. Console is absolutely official and all games are bought through microsoft store, I also bought Xbox Live Gold for a month.

I would like to know how Microsoft is going to refund all these days when I can't use officially purchased services?

And another question is when is this issue going to be fixed?

Best post on this issue I have seen in a long time and the same thing I have said for years! They give kids Ambassador status and most don't even know what they're talking about (no offence to those who do know what they're doing!) and this does not help.
Trying to get in touch with Xbox about these bans and messages is impossible too as they usually just spout the same piece of pre-prepared script. I never have any issues on PSN and its disheartening for someone like me who prefers Xbox but feels they treat
their customer base like utter trash.
