    Why can't we use the Marketplace on Minecraft on our Switch? It says invalid session.


    We haven't been able to use the Marketplace on our Switch for months and months. We would like to access our add-ons for Minecraft but it says invalid session on all of our profiles. I'm logged into my Microsoft account, but it's just not working. Any help?!

    You may need to clear the cache of the marketplace by following the steps below:

    "Setting > Storage and hitting the "Clear Marketplace Cache" button.

    You will not lose any offers you already purchased but they may need to be downloaded again."

    No I can't it just says something with invalid login or session everytime i try to join a minecraft server.

    I found a solution to the problem that worked for me! I contacted support again and they sent me an email with instructions; back up all of my saved data, uninstall Minecraft, reinstall it again and then download the stored data. It finally worked and I'm very happy to have this issue resolved. I hope it helps anyone with the same issue!
