    Why can't we use mods on XBOX?


    Why can't we use mods I get that you're console doesn't allow it but why also if I download mods for Minecraft onto my Microsoft account would the be transferred onto my Xbox so I could use them?

    because Xbox is a secure platform, and allowing modifications requires it to be insecure. If you wish to use non-authorized modifications, you can't do it on a game console

    Just out of couriosity but you said you used a burned disk as if you have a modded xbox? If so that's probably why you can't connect.

    Return it and get a non-modded console. Mods are not allowed on Live which is why you can't use it online.
