    Why can't we play music from apps while the game's in full screen?


    This is actually the most voted feature on Xbox Feedback... It has 16,000 votes, and Microsoft hasn't said anything regarding it. Perhaps when the new Xbox One Experience Dashboard goes live we'll have this feature?

    The music also makes the game which is why it's extremely important to its original settings, replacement music sometime kind of ruins if it's totally random bs.

    I play various genres of music while playing Forza 3, improves the game's enjoyability.

    Music player doesn't offer getting new songs via Xbox music

    Hello,

    I still can't find a way how to purchase music via Xbox music nor videos via Xbox video. Xbox music doesn't even show up in the music player and Xbox video tells me that it's unavailable in my region. What is my region? I'm from Czech Republic - aka European
    Union. In the music player I see just my collection of music I copied there from my PC, history, new and apps. I can't see Xbox music in app store. Any suggestions?

    I think they said they were going to look into it a while ago. This is something I'd really like to.

    I heard it will be possible with the new windows 10 OS, just requires someone to make an app.

    That's great because this is something that keeps me playing games like CoD on 360. It's hard to play a game like BF4 on XB1 and listen to music because 1/3 of the screen will be gone...

    How do I listen to Xbox Music without snapping it?

    Unfortunately playing music while a game/app is full screen isn't supported at this time. I agree that it would be great to be able to listen to music while playing a game. I'll forward this to the feature team and hopefully it can be addressed in a future
    update. Thanks for the feedback!

    If you mean using the xbox music app to play music in the background, while playing a game, then no, unfortunately you can't. Still a useful app for playing music, though:)
