Why cant we just get offline Achievements

since i've started using Xbox, i've almost given up the idea of hearing a notification sound if my ISP misbehaves for a blip, that's the end of syncing and even if i reply levels, i dont get achivements.

This is why i ask, what was wrong with the XBox 360 ways of registering achievements offline, even the playstation 4 does this. why make this harder?

PLEASE JUST GIVE US OFFLINE ACHIEVEMENTS

The thing is you cant even check the achievement list offline either. How is that fair ?

I really thinks that it's about time that WE can keep track and/or unlock our Achievements on the Xbox One offline. I go through many Issues with different games cause I cant access the Achievements App or keep track of them offline,
making me loose time on collecting everything on a game or Achieving hard challenges.... and in the end, it doesn't even give US our hard earned achievements.... Can the Xbox Team work with this issue so We get an Update and be able to keep track of our Achievements

You're still earning the achievements while playing offline, it just doesnt register them until the next time you connect to xbbox live. So, for instance, you have a long offline play session of a game and complete the requirements for 3 achievements,
the next time you connect to online, it should give you said achievements (could take a bit to sync them).

 

Think since it's always online, it also ensures a lot of security measures to prevent cheaters since they can verify the achievement was legit. But yeah, you can still earn achievements offline, you just need to connect again for them to pop.

 

This is known for places with good internet but if your connection fudges during the process you lose not only that achievement but the ability to earn that achievement. it even worse when it happen to achievement that requires you to repeat the same action
over and over again.

Take rise of the tomb raider for instance, i've killed so many Dear with an arrow to the heart but the achievement just wont register. Wolfeinstien, get the achievement for finishing the game but missing achievements for passing certain levels.

to your point about cheating, if you go through my list, with the patchwork of achievements, i look like a cheater.

Achievement used to be immediate and certain on the 360, now i need a shaman to divine the process and i am more often than not, shocked when i see a notification.

the current system makes it hard for me to get full enjoyment my console. I'm not important enough for MS to care but i'm just begging

 

If achievements aren’t registering after doing the requirements, then thats usually an issue of the game and not MS.

 

its not about blame, there is an easy way to fix the issue, make achievements offline so we can all enjoy the system like they keep saying

As stated above, you can actually earn achievements offline. The issue here is that there is only a set amount of space set aside for offline achievements. This storage space will eventually fill up to maximum. The next achievement you earn will then take
the place of another achievement, basically deleting it as if you never earned it. If you like, you can voice your concerns and opinions on our

The issue is the current system, it was created to solve a problem that was never really an issue on the Xbox One. And it affects legitimate owners of the Xbox one negatively.

Too many steps and things can go wrong but i understand im on the wrong platform, hail Phil Spencer

 

You can eran them but they wont show until you log in to the internet...

 

Offline achievements are possible to earn while offline but they will only show up when you reconnect to the internet. Make sure you don’t go too long while eaning achievements offline as there is only a certain amount of storage set aside of offline achievements
thus resulting in some achievements deleting
