Why cant we contact xbox via email or phone anymore?

You can request a call back or chat unless you dont live in an xbox live region

There was never an email option as most of the time you need to validate who you are which has to be live and interactive which cant be done over email

Within a reasomable amount of time

You can use the Chat for Support request or getting a call back. A phone nr. is not avaible at the Moment. I think the reason is to reduce the phonecalls
