Why cant we buy the TTK coll. ed. upgrade yet?

TTK was not included in the 360/One upgrade bundle, and was in the BWU. So, can spend $40 for TTK, or wait until it's BC on One.

The TTK is only avaliable for the console were you purchase the DLC, You cant share or Upgrade/Downgrade this purchase to another system, you need to purchase the content twice to play the game on 360 and ONE, BTW... the first to expansions were allowed
to upgrade the content to ONE form 360.

Yes, I purchased the Legendary Edition. However it showed that it contained the upgrade when I purchased it. This was because of an error made by Xbox. This has been confirmed by Bungie. The upgrade has been removed from the deal afterwards so if you look
at the package now it no longer shows it. Xbox Support (chat) also confirmed that I should receive the upgrade, since I bought the deal when it showed it contained the upgrade and I can prove this! (I posten a ref, but somebody removed it?).

I also had a copy (disk) of Destiny with expansion I and II. But not TTK. The the gold deal came along. I checked out both deals in the Store. I could buy TTK + Collectors Edition Digital Upgrade or Destiny Legendary Edition (containing Destiny, CE, I, II,
TTK + Collectors Edition Digital Upgrade). Only a small difference in the price so I purchased the second deal and sold my hard copy of Destiny. (I have two Xbox One consoles at home, so purchasing it digitaly was a plus) I would have bought the first deal
if the second deal did not contain the Collectors Edition Digital Upgrade!

guns would be cool but when they released the gears 3 lancer and hamerburst, i was like thats coll and when i looked at them the avatar was acting *** and could not pull down the lever to start the chainsaw, 320 mp really who buys that.

i would like ED-E as a pet and the couriers duster with old glory, they really never make gamer pics and avatar stuff for good games- battlefield bad co 2 and new vegas.

If I remember correctly, if you buy the digital version, it covers both Xbox 360 and One. (Same on the PS 3+4 too) Bungie's way of helping people upgrade w/o buyer's remorse. Wouldn't the same then be true for the opposite? Meaning, we buy the Xbox One
digital version and our XB Live accounts will recognize that we're logged into our 360 and allow us to DL TTK?
