    Why can't the "Xbox Beta" mobile app, go as far back through captures as the the Xbox console?


    When I go through my captures on the console, I can look as far back as 3 or more years ago, when I look at them through the "Xbox Beta" mobile app, I can only go back 10 months from now.

    Hello Jesse E, thanks for replying. The beta app I was referring to is on my Android phone, I got it the app from Google play store.

    You should get the Xbox app from the Microsoft store. Not the Beta app.

    Some of the captures may not have uploaded to Xbox Live. Also there's just a limit to how far down you can go on the android app

    How do i transfer my gameplay videos to my smartphone from my xbox one?

    I believe you can download native captures from Console that are uploaded to Xbox Live via the Xbox app on mobile.

    Edit: Just checked, and if it's uploaded to Xbox Live you can go to the mobile Xbox App and then click "Captures" select the capture you want to download, click the "Share" button and it has an option to "Save" in there that will download it locally.

    Hi there, all people in mobile devices have this problem, Xbox app in New version of Xbox app for mobiles not supported sending captures, I recommend if you want you can install a old version of Xbox app, and install Xbox app beta, so then you have new and old versions
