Why can't my Teen download Games with Gold? idarb and Rayman Legends are both rated G.

Hi Community,

My step son (and I'm only stating this because we have multiple consoles at different locations) is unable to download Games with Gold despite being in his Rating.

idarb and Rayman Legends are both rated G. We both have individual Xbox live accounts that have been paid for, so why doe's he get the following error?

Do I need to turn him into an adult?

I can't download a demo because of the rating.

MY Xbox 360 Won't even let download a teen rated game and my restrictions allow teen rated games HELP ME

Not being ignored mate, just not answered all that promptly

I've just had a read of the T&C's and have found this: Some titles may only be available for download by adult account holders 18

Full T&C's below

*Games with Gold Offer for paid Gold members only; Active Gold membership required to play downloaded Xbox One games. Each participating game (selected by Xbox) available for download from Xbox Store during specific window; available games may vary by country.
Some titles may only be available for download by adult account holders 18+. Kinect and/or hard drive required for some games. Offer available in all Xbox Live countries where Xbox Live Gold memberships are supported. Offer is non-transferable, not redeemable
for cash, and cannot be combined with any other rebate or offer. Offer terms and availability subject to change. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of member. Download charges may apply as set by your ISP. For Xbox Live Terms of Use and system requirements,
see xbox.com/live.

As to 'why', then I'm really not sure, as I can't see why they can't. You'd probably have to ask a support agent, in the support forums for further clarification

That didn't work, the games with gold version of Rayman Legends was Xbox One only. Can't find One games in the DL history there. Thanks though.

From the gold games only.. probably Rayman Legends has the most of my gaming hours...
