Why can't my friends play Minecraft with me?

Me and my friends have been have been having two issues on Minecraft. Two error messages come up when I try to join them(restart client) or when they try to join me(world no longer available). This issue has been going on for 2 months now and we have tried everything to solve it. If anyone has a resolution to this issue please tell me.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Xbox Live status: Visit the Xbox Live Status page to check if there are any known issues with the service.

2. Check your network connection: Ensure that your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your network connection is stable. You can test your network connection by going to Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings on your Xbox and selecting Test network connection.

3. Restart your console: Try restarting your console by holding down the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. Unplug your console for 5 minutes. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console.

4. Update your controller firmware: If you haven’t already, try updating your controller firmware. Connect your controller to your Xbox via a data cable. Access your Console’s settings by pressing the X button on the controller. Go to System>Settings>Devices & streaming>Accessories. Select your controller. Click the three dots button under the controller. Go to Firmware version>Update Now.

Tbh that's why when you asked me if you wanted to be my friend I requested that you be on my 360 list. You can't join a Minecraft Xbox 360 world without being friends with a player *on the Xbox 360 system*.

Saturday 2 August 10:22 pm here. I'm on my Xbox 1 and no Minecraft. I'll play some Minecraft multiplayer with friends tomorrow have the whole day free and hope there are no hiccups with being able to play with my friends. Last Sunday the only thing I could
play with friends until 3pm was COD BO2. Me and some of my friends got bored of playing the same thing. However I never get bored of playing Minecraft.
