we did adjust our accounts, and by the way, one of my friends couldn't adjust his account, he said the "log in" button in xbox.com doesn't work, he said he can't click it.

If your online safety and online settings are well adjusted as well you shouldn't be facing any issues. To be completely sure, make sure you both follow the steps mentioned on this link to adjust the settings => Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings | Xbox Support.
