Why can't MX vs ATV reflex read my gamer profile?

Its not letting me play on xbox live on mx vs atv reflex it says that the mx vs atv reflex server is unavailable at this time please try again later but ive been trying this for 1 day

But didn't you just say that you could download "games with gold" titles?

Mirrors edge and the MX vs ATV Reflex are both Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles. Mirrors edge the tail end of September and MX vs ATV Reflex the first one of October

Hi Josef. I just unplugged the power chord for about 10 minutes and I removed and redownloaded my account still does the same thing. And yes the game is visible in my order history since I bought it today. Any other suggestions?

In the meantime, try this:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.
