why cant it access any games on a certain account

i have multiple accounts on my XBOX and on 3 of these accounts, i can access games perfectly fine. However on the 4th account whenever i try to access a game it gets stuck on the first screen that pops up and nothing else happens. additionally whenever i try to log into this account from another while playing a game, it simply wont let me sign into the account. any ideas on how to fix this would be great

For the games that you want to play on the 4th account, have you bought those games from the Store and they aren't working?

Please give an update in order for troubleshooting steps will be given.

And for the signing in issues, please perform these steps:

Change your password before you try signing in to your Xbox.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> Change my password.

Kindly try to sign in after changing your password.

If incase it won't work, please turn on your two-step verification by going to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn on.

When it is fully on, please test it out and sign in to the Xbox.

If it will still not work, kindly turn off your Xbox. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it at rest for 2 minutes. Plug in all the cables back and then turn on your Xbox.

Let us turn off your two-step verification first before signing in.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn Off. Once done, kindly try to sign in to your account.

I understand that but just imagine spending £300 on a certain game to do something stupid say buying an account they shouldn't and they get banned. That's obvious but wish their was a way to keep your items in game and give it to another account.

You can still access the game as long as you're using your Home console, which is part of why it's recommended you make your own console your Home. You won't be able to access any in-game progress though.

I'm not sure why support keep talking people to come here. None of us can access any account details for anyone and therefore we cant help. Frustrating on both sides.

Check your EA account, if you have one, if not, then that may be why you cant access online

After you've made an account with gold or I think after a certain amount of time you cant make 1 month trial accounts any more.
