    Hi, I rented a movie on xbox late last night then was going to watch again tonight but cant sign into my account. Can anyone tell me if i will get an extension on my rental ?

    hi it is costing me a mint in movies i cant watch i just rented 21 jump street and it wont steam it keeps saying lost connection and i cant watch the movie i have rang my internet provider and its not a problem with them so it must be xbox i have tried everything
    pls help or give me my money back

    Sorry to hear that you cant watch this movie. Let me gather more information from you so I can try to troubleshoot further.



    What device did you you use to rent that movie? I see that you have rented the movie again but I know that you have to watch the movie on the same device that you made the rental on. if you rented it on your laptop you can only watch it on your laptop. If
    you purchased a movie you can watch it on any device.



    Let me know what you find out and we can move from there.

    Hey there Tin! Are you saying you rented two movies and it won't allow you to watch the first movie you rented? Will it let you watch the second movie? What error does it give you when you try to watch the first movie?

    Error 0xc33607e3 when try to start movie.

    Good try, but the Movies anywhere app only applies to owned movies, not rented movies.

    Regarding the original issue, i really hate trying to watch a movie with that bleeping voiceover. Ridiculous that for some reason it came on, and all my research so far sys that you cant turn it off on 360.

    When you mentioned you can't view your rental at all on Xbox Video, were you getting any error codes on your console by chance?

    Also, if in case you rented The Lego Movie and you started to watch it within the rental period, this would start a 24 hour or 48 hour period of time during which you can watch the movie as many times as you want.
