    Why can’t I use my Xbox game pass ultimate that I got with my ultimate controller?


    I bought an ultimate controller and a game pass ultimate 14 day trial won’t work regardless of if I’ve used it once or not it’s saying it’s for new customers only it’s bull **** that you’re selling items with codes in them that people cannot use.

    in the past most new games came with 14 days or 48 hours of xbox live gold, its called a trial and is just added as a bonus for a new customer to try the service first.

    if you have already got the service or have already tried the service then obviously the code won't work for you as its a trial for a new customer.

    Fallout 76 is an online only game, so you need Gold or Game Pass Ultimate in order to play it.
    I initially bought it when I got my Xbox one. And then I signed up for ultimate game pass and now I can’t get it back to my normal Console game.

    You need to have Gold or Ultimate to play Fallout76.

    Yes I'm using the same account on my console and my PC.

    I just recently got my PC and this was the first time I was trying to use game pass on it. I'm subscribed to ultimate on my Xbox and was charged on 2/8/2022. When I tried to access game pass on my PC, it said I need to join Ultimate again so I did and now I see another charge on 2/28/2022. 17.84$ CAD everytime. Is Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate on PC different?
