Why can't I use my purchased DLC content any longer?

I guess since online servers for the game were shut down years ago the dlc is no longer supported. Did you ever uninstall the game or has it always been on your hard drive? If the dlc has been installed to the hard drive since the season pass came it
out then it should still work even if the game itself gets removed from the microsoft store.

I have proof of purchase for the DLC but they stop at that.

Had to uninstall the game to make space. Now i have extra space so i installed to play and keep but no DLC. MS and 2K keep blaming each other but not offering any help. Have the later versions and those are fine. Doesnt seem right.

All of your DLC is tied to two things 1) The account it is purchased with and 2) the console it is bought on.

If you are playing on the same console it was purchased on, any account can use it regardless if your purchase account was banned or not. If you move to a different console, the content will no longer be able to be used by other accounts.
