    Why can't I use my Microsoft Funds on Xbox.com?


    I'm not really sure how to word this, but basically I'm trying to buy a game through Xbox.com (I don't currently have a 360) but I'm only getting the choice to use PayPal. It's rather annoying as I have the amount needed to buy the game on Xbox.com though
    Microsoft Funds but the website isn't giving me a choice to choose between that and PayPal.

    Is it impossible to use Microsoft Funds on Xbox.com now or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated as the game I want has a chance of being removed.

    im just wondering why i cannot use my money on my account to buy dlc for 360 games.

    Since they switched from points to currency, they've never updated the site to use the currency system for 360 items. It only works for One content on the site.

    I certainly don't understand why I can't make purchases of 360 games with BC using funds in my account. why do I need to use a credit card when I have funds in my account? Never mind if it's the "rules" - What is the logic?

    I currently have funds in my account. But everytime I try to purchase an item and have to use remaining balance on my credit card I get an error. And can not preceed. The only way I can get the item is not use my Microsoft funds. Why is this and how can
