    Why can't I use money in my account to purchase the EA Access subscription


    Add added enough money by using gift cards that I had received to buy XBOX cash only to find out that I am not able to use this money to purchase the EA Access subscription? Why can I not so this?

    Why can't I use Microsoft money (xbox balance basically) to buy a subscription to EA Access? I've got credit that I'd like to use!

    Trouble with EA ACCESS

    Hi I've been having trouble with downloading a years subscription of EA ACCESS. I just returned home and redeemed my Xbox Live £20 card and went to purchase EA ACCESS but I'm not allowed to? I can only use my credit card (which I have no money for now I
    put it on as Xbox credit.)

    Was wondering if I can purchase this with my Xbox credit, because I can't with my credit card basically. Please help! I really want to play BF4!

    Microsoft account money cannot be used to purchase third party subscriptions, or any subscriptions really. It's not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    I tend to agree here.

    It seems to me that anything offered on Xbox Live or thru the xbox store should be eligible for purchase with Microsoft Account "money" (or gift cards' value applied to the Xbox account).

    Why Wouldn't this be true?? The EA Access subscription should have an asterisk* and separate link to take members to a separate page to make sure they are NOT on any Xbox page in any way, shape or form and a Separate* Terms of Use agreement.

    (if this is already the case, I apologize for saying anything)

    EA Access can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid EA Access subscription card from a retailer. Currency on your account cannot be used to purchase third party subscriptions.
