Why can't I use Havoc DLC?

Based on the description, you are trying to install the game using physical disc in your Xbox Series X and not able to install the games add-ons due to an error message. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern.

Here are the steps on how to install the game add-ons:

• Press the Xbox button on the controller to return to the Home screen.
  
• Select My games and apps.
  
• Highlight Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, then press the Menu button.
  
• Select See in Xbox Store.
  
• Scroll right until you see the column of add-ons.
  
• Select the DLC you wish to install, and then select Install.
  
• Once the download is complete, launch Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare to play the DLC Pack.

I tried this. I own the physical disk, therefore it will not let me download it from the store. I previously bought the Havoc DLC and Microsoft has deleted the record of me buying it. Again, I have the disk; I can not download the DLC from the store because it says I do not own it. Yall are still trying to make me pay for it again.

There is no error code. I owned this item last year and now it is gone.
