Why can't i use fortune island?????????????

THIS IS SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!

all i want to do is play fortune island on forza and i can't because it's "not" installed. even tho i sat at my computer waiting for it to download. i keep gitting the error Code: 0x803FB005. i tried to contact Microsoft support and they couldn't help so
i'm hoping someone will here my cry's.

apparently there a few problem in the server Microsoft staff is working on the fix off this problem

There is no longer a service alert. That has been fixed.

it will not let me uninstall the dlc

Uninstall the dlc and download it again to make sure you have received the right upgrades from the game dev's servers.

Hi there,

Did you try any of the steps suggested by XBF Jasmine? Those are steps I suggest to give a try too and eventually you may need to re-install the app itself through the Powershell command prompt but try the app troubleshooter first and a clean boot and let us
know the results!

Did you buy the Fortune Island DLC or Ultimate edition? You cannot use this DLC with the Standard edition included in Game Pass unless you buy it.
