I have the same problem with no region issues. That is a red herring, why would you even bring it up no one has that issue. MS is a actually refunding my purchased gamepass subscription 10 dollars the last three months to my MS balance, giving the refund a short period to be used, A month, a SINGLE MONTH. MS charged my credit card 10 dollars today for gamepass, when I have an account with a positive acceptable balance, And instead MS is using a CC I put on file for gamepass, which I NEVER said to use for gamepass because I use giftcards I buy for it, and growing my MS balance now to $35 USD, down to $25 in less than 30 days and $15 in less than 60 days. At this point if I do not buy something from the store, MS will take the money I used to purchase MS gift cards, at retail stores like Walmart, which I purchased in the last 3 months, charge my CC instead, and then refund the giftcard to my MS account with a 1 month expiration date to use those funds purchased in the last 3 months. This is blatant double charging, and I don't even understand how it isn't automatically fixed by MS.
