    Why can't I upload my profile picture?


    I'm 25 years old, not in any trouble with Microsoft. It's been three days of 'sorry, we are unable to do that right now. Try again later.'

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I'm still getting the same thing. What's going on and can I fix it?

    Thank you so much! I thought I was going crazy because it would’nt let upload my own photo. I also installed and deleted the app, I hope this gets resolved quick.

    Do the photo size and content comply with Microsoft's requests? Perhaps we are not succeeding due to the current situation in which we are also in, good luck!
