    Why can't I update my Xbox 360?


    My status code is 445E-0000-0300-8007-2751. My Xbox one works fine, but I cannot access my 360. I checked my internet (with the 360), and it says that I am connected. What should I do?

    I understand that you are experiencing issues installing the update on the Xbox 360.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please reset network settings. To do this, go to Settings > System > Network Settings and select your network.

    Choose Configure Network and reset to default settings.

    And then clear the system cache. Go to Settings > System > Storage.

    Highlight your storage device, press the Y button, and select Clear System Cache. Restart your console and try the update again.

    Next is to check for corrupt files. In the Storage menu, look for any files marked with an exclamation point (!). These are corrupt files. Please delete any corrupt files and clear the system cache again.

    It is important to ensure that your console has enough free space for the update. If not, delete unnecessary files or move them to an external storage device.
