Why can't I transfer my Xbox clips? Would you guys want this feature?

You can download your gameclips if you upload them to one drive and download them from there. That is one method to do it, Also about your upload rate issue are using a wired or wireless connection?.

I suggest you upload everything on the night or when you are not playing.

only way you can transfer clips is upload them to onedrive

The clips arent uploaded. I turned auto upload off. Im trying to transfer clips from "on this Xbox" in the captures

not from xbox live, or I'd just easily DL them to my phone

I see the option go set a hard drive as a capture location.. I just don't know how to transfer previous clips to said capture location

I captured them on my console, I want to transfer them to a USB

I understand that I can get a hard drive and set it as the capture location, but does that move past clips as well?

It'd be a waste of time to upload 250+ clips, edit them, download them on my PC/phone and then upload them again to YouTube. It says "on this Xbox" when I manage captures.. My question is where
