Please reset your console to its factory settings keeping your games and applications as follows:

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

do the following: Open COD: Modern Warfare In-game, access your Options menu

1. Navigate to "Audio"
2. Set voice chat to "Enabled"
3. Set the open mic recording threshold to minimum. Setting this too loud may prevent other players from hearing your voice.

Just got done doing this. I still hear myself in the mic monitoring, but no one can hear me. I tried Fortnite again and it worked fine. I tried another COD title and it was fine. Its still ONLY not working in the new MW2 title.
