    Why can't I subscribe to EA Access on my Xbox1


    Hi Microsoft and Xbox,

    So I have seen a few posts about this issue and it seems it's one that doesn't want to go away. I'm having an issue subscribing for a 1 year subscription to EA Access through the Xbox 1 app, the physical Xbox itself, the Xbox desktop website and Microsoft
    website. I have an active credit/debit card with Microsoft and I have made purchases previously. Please assist with this as I have been trying since last week to get this working and it resulted in my uploading my card details on to Microsofts website 3 times
    and seeing Microsoft deduct R16 from my account for a reason I don't know. I have also Uninstaller my EA Access app on my Xbox 1 reinstalling it and restarting my Xbox 1 numerous times with no resolve to the issue. Please assist.

    ea access madden 17 trial error msg to soon to play

    Hi

    For the early access trial you need to be an EA Access subscriber. Can you please confirm if you subscribe to EA Access?

    I don't know why but when I subscribe to ea access, 5 min later the subscrition is canceled.

    Sony turned it down, that's why it's Xbox One exclusive. They said it won't add value to Sony's subscribers. But... meh, it's an optional service. Shouldn't the subscribers get to decide if it's worth it or not?

    I'd be interested to learn if Sony is really looking out for its subscribers. Or if they're afraid of giving a giant like EA some stomping ground on their platform. lol I can't honestly see a downside to letting EA Access onboard, so what *is* with Sony's
    decision to shut it out?

    Yeah EA access is great value for someone that just bought XBOX1 and has no games and only $30 for EA Access. But I already had NBA Live 15 digital for $7 and BF4 for $20 last year. Yeah I could of bought Titanfall for like $10 when it was on sale. But
    didn't. I bought BF Hardline digital right away when it came out. Also how does EA access go if you subscribed for a year or so then cancel? Lose every game from previous years? That be grim like losing XBOX LIVE gold. Also to that poster saying we can
    use money already on our account? We cant? How we paid credit card? I don't like having credit cards on my XBOX1. Don't have none on mine. I buy redeem codes instead.
