Why can’t I start my Xbox onex first time every time?

everytime i start my cbox i need to done one or more of the following:

1. Hard reset

2. Reset mac address

3. Turn off modem

3. Turn off router

4. Pray

5. Yell and shout at xbox onex

what is wrong with this console??? Is it unfit for purpose??

Im sick of it and need answers from someone high up in microsoft. Im going to fair trading next.

I paid good money abd continue to pay my dues.. yet im feeling like this piece of... is a dud and i have been ripped off.

My XBoxOneX starts normally and I can navigate all around every possible screen but I can’t play.

This has been three days! And it’s not the first time. I’ve tried every possible fix except resetting the console because I don’t want to do that. When I try to load a game it starts and you can watch the progress bar but when it’s almost at the end the
screen goes black and it boots me back to the home screen. WHY???

What's the issue you're having every time you start it?

 

It wont connect to xbox live

 

And often it says to sign in using the controller...

 

If you try to connect to Xbox live does it not work, does it give any errors?

Troubleshooting is fine... but this is not a one off. Over and iver i have this issue. Basically wvery time i turn it on... not acceptable.

Im usung a wired ethernet connection.

Nothing else in the house, wired or otherwise EVER has trouble with the internet connection.
