    Why cant I sign into my xbox?


    The xbox Im trying to has no accounts. When I turn on the game and try to push add need its starts loading and then it just goes to the home page and then when I try to sign in from the home page it just loads and then stops and put me back on the home screen. I already tried to factory reset my game and I tried to go through settings, games, and apps to sign in and it just stops loading

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try temporarily disabling two-step verification from the website

    https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

    Then try signing in to your console again. If the issue persists, try changing your password and trying to sign in again.

    Also, please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.
