    I’ve been trying to log into my Xbox account, which I’ve been using the last 10 years, on my Xbox 360 to play some old games. I use the same account, which I’ve been trying to log into, on my Xbox series x, and can sign in perfectly. However, I cannot sign in to this account on my Xbox 360. It always comes up with the reading “That email and password didn't work. Try again, or use your app password if you set up two-step verification. Visit xbox.com/forgot for help. Code: 8015D002”. I’ve attempted all the solutions it has told me to do, such as two step authentication. I’ve also changed my password and still cannot log in, I’ve used every email I own and I still cannot log in. Anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve this?

    To resolve this issue, delete the profile stored on the Xbox 360 console, clear the system cache, and download the profile again.

    Agree, which is why I don’t get why I can sign in to Xbox One with my gamer tag account, but not the Xbox 360 emulation!
