why cant i sign into my Microsoft account

How do I fix this so I can sign in? And why can’t I call someone on the phone for 1 on 1 support???

Can I have the exact message prompt? Because this may mean two things, your Microsoft account is already connected on a different PlayStation Network or your PlayStation Network account is already connected on a different Microsoft account.

i havent signed into anything because that is why its giving me the option to sign in, i cant see any problems on the account i just think the app is broken and microsoft wont fix it

Every now and then I run into the same issue. The apps, have some issues.

Most of the time, it fixes itself after a while.

I am sorry to hear about this issue. The "Account Does not exist" error means that it could be that your account's email address was changed and the sign-in preference was changed as well. Typically, if a change has been made on an account, an email notification will be received and it will take 30 days before it will get completed. If this happens, you will need to submit an Account Recovery by making sure that you have the new email address and use that new email address to fill out the recovery form.

Once you fill out the form, someone from the Microsoft account recovery team will reach out to you via email to help you recover your compromised account. Additionally, please avoid leaving any fields blank when filling out the form. If you're unsure about certain information, make your best guess instead.
