Why can't I sign in to xbox.com?

I've been trying to sign into the xbox website to link my xbox and bungie account, there is a known issue with bungie and I've looked into that but a separate issue comes up when I'm on the xbox website. No matter what device I'm on, when I click sign in, it shows the xbox logo, gives a bunch of redirects, and returns me to the xbox home page, not signed in. The first time I did this it asked me for my login info, when I did that it went to the redircts and back to the home page. Now I cant even enter my login info!

Check if this happens to you on any Microsoft login page, for example to see your basic profile information at this link

Or to log in to your Xbox profile at this link

https://account.xbox.com/Profile

If it happens on these pages, try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you are using and try again, also check if it happens connected to another network, for example connected to a mobile hotspot.

The reason why you're not able to access your account privacy options online because the system may be recognizing that you're using a child account.

If you're still minor, please ask assistance from your parents. They need to setup a Microsoft family then add your account there as a member. Once added successfully, your parent's account can access your privacy options using their own account on this link https://account.xbox.com/Settings to change your privacy settings.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account, see what might be causing that issue and get it all set up for you.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
