Why Can't I sign in ps5 minecraft?

Tried to sign in ps5 minecraft but it didn't work.

Seems like I linked another acc and that's not possible, due I tried to sign in just seconds after I bought the game.

I'm a multiplatform player, so I tried in nintendo, pc and mobile devices, and it worked, but not in ps5.

Alredy have been in touch with PS5 support(they say they don't have nothing to do with that), Minecraft support(they don't have acc details and permissions), Xbox support(they don't deal with that, "you should contact Microsoft support").

Stop it! I Need to solve not the contact another support service...

Same email n name on Ps5 and xbox/microsoft acc...
