Why can't I sign in on Xbox when I can sign in here???

I'm signed in here, but for some reason I cannot sign into my Xbox one. When I turned the Xbox on, I was logged out. OK fine. But when I input the password I just used here, it just does that thing it shows when loading something, then just sits
there where I had clicked to sign in to begin with. My gt is the primary, but it seems the other get, my wife's gt, works just fine without needing a password. What's the deal? Someone please help. I'd really hate to have to restart every game I own

been getting an error message saying that I can't sign in and to wait and try again in a couple of minutes but I've been waiting over 2 hours, there is no service issue as my 2 kids are playing theirs. What gives?

SAME! I cant sign in whatsoever and all customer support is doing is giving me the same stuff I've already tried.

 

I have the same problem. I can sign into the Xbox one but my son can't, even though I can sign in here with his account.

 

Try switching controllers. Seems to have worked for me.
