    Why can't I sign in on mobile or my laptop?


    When trying to sign into my Xbox account on anything other than my actual Xbox, it begins to sign in, goes through the whole process of signing me in, then signs me out before I have a chance to do anything. I discovered this issue when I went to use the Destiny 2 companion app and got an authentication error telling me that my microsoft account has no Xbox gamertag attached to it or that I need to update my account in some way.
