Why can't I send or receive messages from my account???

still no fix for my issue. Anyone else want to take a stab at resolving it?

Hey, kat! I'm not seeing any messages from you, but you can post the images in a response here by using the image icon in the text editor (looks like a couple mountains in a box) or by linking them to an online file sharing service such as
OneDrive. Let me know if you're still having issues.

I've tried that few times. I tried it again to be sure. Same issue. Still sends me error telling me to do the rep check.

Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage look under "Security info helps
keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

No I'm sorry that didn't work. I did exactly what you said. I was missing a phone number. I added it and restarted. When that didn't work, I did rep check again to no avail. Does anyone else know what gives???
