    Why cant i send messages?


    When i send messages on the computer it says "due to past behavior" and even on my Xbox it says "messages did not send? And i just recently bought gold for one month. Whats going on Xbox. And i have a good reputation.

    Sounds like you're under a communications suspension. You can log in at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     and click the orange hammer to see the details of the suspension, including the rule that was broken and when it ends. If you feel the suspension was issued in error and it lasts longer than 24 hours, you can request a case
    review there and the enforcement team will take a second look.

    Could you walk us through what happens when you try to send a message?

    do you get any error codes or error messages pop up when you go to send a message?

    Are you able to load/view messages you have recieved?

    Power reboot your console.

    Hold down the power button on you're console for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.

    Remove your profile from xbox and then sign back in.
