    Why can´t I see my sons Xbox gamertag in my Xbox profile ?


    He is added to my Microsoft account (and he has accepted the invitation) but he doesn´t appear in my Xbox profile. So I am not able to change his security settings.. Why is that ? How can it be solved ? Please help me.

    my problem it is in my gamertag i exchange my gamertag from the xbox web when i back to my xbox i didn t see the gamertag exchange and i can t open my account

    because it is tell me it doesn t account like this in xbox??????

    If the network doesn't connect to your gamertag then no the network doesn't know you exist.


    Why don't you just connect your 360 to the internet for a quick min?

    My Microsoft account/email seems to be associated with TreaclesNephew.

    My son hasn't used Xbox for many years.

    I guess I will have to create a new gamertag then? Can I disassociate my Microsoft account from my sons gamertag?

    You only need one live subscription on an xbox one as long as the profile that has the live subscription has that console set as their home console.

    now to answer your question about your other sons account it sounds like your second son may have an offline profile on the xbox 360 here is a link on how to turn an offline profile into an online profile so that you can sign in with your second sons account
