Why can’t I see my gift card when I try to buy something through my Xbox?

When I add gift cards on my xbox account, I can’t see it on my ps5.. For example I redeemed a vbucks cards on xbox and it not showing on ps5

Very similar problem, I purchased a €5 gift card on Friday to test whether I could buy an Xbox with it on the Microsoft store. It worked, so I told my friends to gift me those gift cards. I redeemed a total of two gift cards worth €20 each, both of which
do not show up When trying to purchase a console. There it only gives me €5. When trying to purchase a game, it shows me €25, which is still €20 short. I talked to Microsoft support yesterday evening and we went through some steps, but sadly it did not work.
So I can’t use the €40 gift cards as expected, and 20 seem to be entirely lost somehow.

You can't buy a gift card with a gift card. You would use the funds to buy something through Xbox/Microsoft.

Hello, when i try to purchase through roblox, it only gives me credit card/ gift card options. If i try buying through the microsoft website, it says it requires an xbox and i dont have one.

Are there any xbox series x games that have up to 4player split screen and are a shooter game that require no gamepass to play multiplayer.

PS: By the way my sister is buying a robux gift card $20 and she wont budge when i say buy a xbox gift card please give me reasons why a xbox gift card is better by the this Wednesday before time runs out.
