    Why can´t I see my childs gamertag in my Xboxprofile ?


    I have added him to my microsoft account (he had acceptetd the invitation as well) and everything looks fine. But when I am checking the Xbox security settings I just see my own gamertag profile, not his. Why is that ? I need to change the security settings
    for him. ? We have tried to sort this out for hours and hours now... Why can´t I see my childs gamertag in my Xboxprofile ? :( Thanks in advance.

    I can´t see my childs gamertag!

    When I log in to my Xbox account I can not see my childs gamertag. We are in the same family.

    But I can not see his gamertag to be able to administrate his account - security etc.

    Family account dosent exist

    My dad once made an Xbox child account for me in 2008-2011 i think. His account doesn't exist anymore,
    so i can`t use my account to buy things online, or even change my gamertag.

    Hi are you the parent? Only parents can make changes for family accounts.

    How to add family members into your family: Sign in here Account Microsoft -> Family -> ADD CHILD OR ADULT

    Note: only adults can add or remove accounts from family.

    I already have done that, but i just can`t see them in mine xbox live profile :( i also checked if mine personal settings are correct. but now i havent got any clue what to do.

    You have to clarify on what you mean, you cannot see their accounts/gamertags? be able to login to them? on your friends list?
    First when i login with mine account in the family page i can see mine 2 childeren and my wife, i already added them.

    Then when i log into xbox account and go to xbox preferences, --> privacy settings i only see mine gamertag.

    When i log into 1 of my childeren accounts, i see the family page on microsoft, but when i go to xbox preferences i see the profile of mine child, but when i go to privacy, then i got a page with 2 error codes.

    and the browser page is called "www.xbox.xom/nl-NL/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-child-to-family-account-online"

    But i can see them on the family page of microsoft, i can`t solve this problem.

    The Gamertag doesn´t work !

    It happened on my Laptop ( Lenovo ) , i think it was 3 days ago that happened , i don´t really know why the gamertags aren´t showing , (because i cant see the Pictures of the Players from the gamertag, thats the Problem),and i dont know how to fix the Problem.
