    Why can't I see my black ops 2 uprising pack


    I've just bought black ops 2 and the season pass and even claimed uprising in the game but it's not showing in my ready to install, is there a way I can fix this problem??

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account where the DLC was purchased. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    Once confirmed simply perform a powercycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Downloading Black Ops 2 Revolution Map

    I have a problem too.

    My friend bought all the maps of Black Ops 2 zombies.

    when he went to my house to try to download them on my xbox nothing was wrong, het just downloaded Uprising, Vengeance and Apacolypse, and they are on my Hard Drive. but when I start up Black Ops 2 the're are no map packs downloaded :S.

    please someone help me out!
