    Why can't I see my friends or messages ?

    This mainly happens due to connection problems or poor connectivity. Try restarting your router/modem, or delete and recover your gamertag.

    Why can't I see my download in my 'Games Marketplace'

    I'm a newbie to the word of xbox 360 and am having a few problems !!!

    I dowloaded a game from the markerplace this afternoon and I can see it on the hard drive, but it's not showing in my game area and I cant play it from the hard drive. any ideas anyone ? Thanks

    I cant download hollow knight on my laptop, even though i can do that on my gaming laptop and my personal computer.

    I can't see the games that I own on the laptop, but I can see them on my pc, and when I go to my Xbox profile to check for the games from the achievement section I can see all the games that I own, which is very weird why is that?
