Why can't I see Minecraft files?

In the "resourses pack" and "behavior pack" files offered by Mojang it does not include folders like "blocks" and various other blocks and entities. In case I need to access the Vanilla_Resource_Pack_1.17.0\render_controllers\bed.render_controllers.json file but it doesn't exist there... how can I get it?

Why does Mojang do this?

Regarding this, you will need to get in touch with Mojang via => Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

Why do you need to see the files on your PC? If you are just saving game saves on it there is no need to do that. The Xbox 360 formats the flash drive into a different file format than the one your PC uses. That is why you can't
see them.

We need to validate first if the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and let me know if you can see the order stated as "completed"?

Once you were able to see it, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased on your Microsoft Store as well as Xbox App.

I can't speak to the xbox 360 because I haven't used one in a long time but I can tell you that the One definitely has to be formatted to the Xbox file system and I can't see why the 360 would be any different.
